11.25" x 13.5" framed. Appears on Page 315 of Maynard Dixon's American West: Along the Distant Mesa by Mark Sublette. The drawing was done by Maynard Dixon. The letter at the bottom was written by Dorothea Lange. The letter reads, "For Leo-Lizy-from Dorothea-It needs an explanation but I gave it to you last night." Backside of letter reads, "Merry Christmas." Addressed to Leo Rabinowitz, Dixon's San Francisco lawyer. De-accessed from the Maynard Dixon Museum collection, Tucson, Arizona.
