4.2g, 1.125" x 0.75". Artist hallmark on verso. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. Lawrence Saufkie a multiple award-winning Hopi artisan who was active since the 1940s. Lawrence was taught by his father and has been a mentor to many other Hopi silversmiths. He was the 1962 Indian Market award winner and in 2002 was designated an Arizona Indian Living Treasure.
