35.25" x 29.25" framed. This painting is in very good condition. There is very minor craquelure. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. Oil and Gouache on Board. Marlatt was a painter and an illustrator based in New York. He made painting trips to the west as early as 1887. His illustrations were often published on the cover of Literary Digest.
