Instead, I choose for inspiration the equines found in the Qing Dynasty paintings, since the style of horse depicted was so sculptural; rounded shapes drawn with multicolored horses of unusual and striking color and pattern, possibly because they were owned by nobility who wished to be seen on eye-catching steeds; the mounts of Lords and Emperors." - Star Liana York
