SOLD Edward Borein (1872-1945) - Bucking Horse (PDC90382-0813-101)

Acquired from a private collection in New Mexico. The painting previously belonged to Dr. Otey Johnson, who had a large collection of Borein's work. This painting was exhibited in a show called “Edward Borein: Cowboy Artist”which ran from July 21 to September 11, 2000 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It was also published in the show catalog on page 41, and the catalog is included with the painting.
