Mell, Ed
Phoenix native Ed Mell is acclaimed for his modernist take on the American West. Early in his career, Mell achieved success in New York City’s commercial art world. After 10 years in Manhattan, Mell returned to his home state of Arizona, longing to create fine art depicting the land he loved. Ed Mell’s work is part of notable private and public collections, including The Forbes Collection, Diane Keaton, U-Haul Corporation, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Coors, Tri-Star Pictures, Phoenix Art Museum, and Kartchner Caverns State Park.
