Bronx-born sculptor Curt Brill is known for his nonrepresentational figural sculptures that excite viewers with form, texture, humor, and movement. In his work, Brill seeks to reveal the hidden human spirit, “that small part that makes us each unique, yet finds us a common home.” The artist has been featured in solo shows around the world. Brill’s work is in important collections, including Cornell University, Tucson Museum of Art, Texas Tech Museum of Art, Halle Berry, Mint Museum (Charlotte, North Carolina), and the DuPont collection.
