Knowing you
I find courage
To stand in the chill of winter
Holding fast to my Roots.

Tree of Life
Knowing you
I find courage
As I watch you shed yourself naked
Trusting the buds of a new season to come.

Knowing you
I find courage
To walk to the edges
With a blanket of only what the eye cannot see.

Tree of Life
Knowing you
I find courage
And discover my roots are my Roots
The new season always comes, and I learn once more,
I am secure forever.
