1890sThis weaving is in very good condition. It only has one area which has a very pale spot, and one area in the center where the warp yarns peak through. The wool is very soft, and it has nice variegation to the wool colors. The warp count is 7, and the weft count is 20, per inch. Ex Rex Arrowsmith Estate: a long-time Native American trader and art dealer, who owned a shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico "Relics of the Old West," which opened off the Old Santa Fe Trail in 1950. He also participated as a judge at the Santa Fe Indian Market for many years. He also served as president of SWAIA, Southwestern Association for Indian Arts.
