This weaving is in very good condition, with slight weft wear and a few faint spots. One side is much lighter than the other as one side was kept out of direct light as it was displayed in the home.The selvage is good and the corners and tassels are nicely intact. Ex Arizona collection. The owner's husband was the former owner of a multi-generational Native American arts and crafts business, starting with his grandparents. He worked as an educator, as Assistant to the Director of the Lowie Museum of Anthropology (now Phoebe Apperson Hearst Museum), and as Director of the Arizona State Museum, while maintaining his family business until his passing in 2008.
