Navajo Crystal Storm Pattern Rug c. 1890-1910s, 73.5" x 50.5" (T5924)

This weaving has faint spotting, small stains, and minor color run. There is slight weft along the edges, to to the corners, and a very small hole near the center. The warp count is 8, and the weft count is 24, per inch. The owner received this item from his parents, who inherited it from his mother's father (his maternal grandfather), who was a deputy before Arizona became a state, and later became a cattle rancher until the 1920s.
