Navajo Ganado Rug c. 1920-30s, 88" x 57" (T5723)

This weaving is in very good condition. There is slight spotting, minor weft wear along the edges, one dime-size hole near a corner, and signs of old restoration. The warp count is 8, and the weft count is 32, per inch. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona.The owner inherited this from his grandmother, who received it from her mother, who acquired around World War II from a Navajo woman.
