- Circa: 1910s
- Size: 83.5'' x 59''
This weaving is in very good condition. There is very minor spotting. The edges have slight wear, but the selvage is good and the corners are intact. There is a very small and subtle area near one edge with a red yarn anomaly. The warp count is 10, and the weft count is 24, per inch. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. The owner inherited this item from his grandparents, who owned two Indian stores on reservations; one of them was called Covered Wells Trading Store in Sells, Arizona, and the other was in Phoenix, Arizona. His grandfather had passed away around 1918. His grandmother took over the store at the time, she later passed away in 1950.
