Hopi Sifter Basket c. 1920-40s, 2" x 9.5"

This basket is in very good condition. Acquired from a private collection in Alaska. The collection was built in the early 1960’s by an archeologist and geologist specializing in wear patterns of early New Mexico Clovis points who trained at Eastern New Mexico University under renowned archeologist Cynthia Williams.
