17.4 grams, 1.75" chain, 1.25" pendant. The center three turquoise stones are approximately 5mm (0.19"), each. Dated on back, 8-31-66, by a previous owner. This pendant is good condition. The stones have some cracks, but are securely set. The silver has acquired a nice patina. Frank Patania, Sr. came from an Italian background, but he was influenced by the Native American jewelers starting in the 1920s. By 1927, he opened up the Thunderbird Shop. His jewelry is sought after by collectors, and the Patania legacy continues today with his son, Frank Patania, Jr. and his grandson, Sam Patania. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. The owner has authorized us to lower the price from $305 to $148.
