Large Navajo Yei Pictorial Rug c. 1950s, 122" x 60"

10'2" x 5'. This weaving is in near excellent condition. There is one small moth bite about 1/8" in size near the edge. There is no staining, fading or signs of color run. The selvage is good and the corners are intact. The wool is soft. The warp count is 8, and the weft count is 24, per inch. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. The owner had inherited this from her mother, who purchased it in Sedona in the 1950-60s.
