Navajo Crystal Rug c. 1900-10s, 88" x 56" (T3056)

This textile is in good condition; there is some edge wear, minor weft wear, and some minor spotting. The warp count is 9 and the weft count is 32, per inch. Handspun Churro native wool. Natural white and brown colors. Small border; this weaving was made just after the transition of blanket to rug time frame for Navajo weavings. Published in "Homage to the Square: Navajo Masterpieces 1860-1950" copyright 2017, page 86. The owner has authorized us to lower the price from $6,800 to $4,800.
