This weaving is in very good condition. There is spotting, slight weft wear, and a small patch of old restoration near one corner. The selvage is good, and the corners are intact. The warp count is 10, and the weft count is 28, per inch. Acquired from a private collection in Arizona. Includes an old tag with the weaver's name, date, and old price for $9,000; as well as a letter from whom the owner's purchased it from, which gives provenance stating that this weaving was made in the year of 1911, by Mae Blueeyes. Mae was a weaver from Hogback, and traded this weaving for 5 head of sheep and a saddle.
