A virtual gift card cannot be used to purchase another virtual gift card.

If the amount of your virtual gift card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with an additional form of payment.

If the amount of your virtual gift card is more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use.

Virtual gift cards are non‐transferable, non‐refundable, can't be reloaded, and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen virtual gift cards and the associated codes cannot be replaced.

Please make sure to hold onto all gift cards used in your purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to credit the purchase amount back to the virtual card(s).

If you are logged into your Medicine Man Gallery account at the time of purchase, your virtual gift card code and balance will be viewable on your account dashboard.
