This textile is in good condition. It has worn corners, edge wear, and wear to the weft so that the warp peek through. One side has a small area of some superficial residue. There is no fading. The warp count is 8, and the weft count is 18, per inch. Acquired from a private collection in Alaska. The collection was built in the early 1960’s by an archeologist and geologist specializing in wear patterns of early New Mexico Clovis points who trained at Eastern New Mexico University under renowned archeologist Cynthia Williams.
