Measurements do not include the fringe. This rug was inherited from the owners of the tourist lodges and cabins outside the entrance of Mesa Verde, who were the owners in the late 1940s to early 1950s. It has remained in the same family collection. It is in very good condition, with only one area of a light spot, shown in the picture posted on our website.
