Also Available 11" x 14" for $400 each, and 16" x 20" for $500 each. Hobart "Bart" Edwards was born in Denver, Colorado. Bart started his photographic career working with his father E. K. Edwards. He started going on assignments when he was about 10 and actually received his first paycheck from Paramount News when he was 12. When Bart turned 15, he was doing all the darkroom work for his father. Bart went into the Marine Corp reserves in 1953 and active duty in the Army Security Agency in 1955 where he served 3 more years. During Bart's military period the Army sent Bart to Harvard University for two years. When he returned home he went into the family's photo business. Bart also worked for ABC Television and later for other networks. Bart and his father formed a company E. K. Edwards and Son to produce motion pictures and still photography. Bart was the shop steward for 23 years for the 7 state Rocky Mountain Regions Hollywood Cameraman's Union local 659 out of Los Angeles. The Edwards' photographs and motion pictures have been seen in every major magazine, newspapers, and on all of the television networks including the BBC and the CBC. Their reputations are legendary.
