1998 New Mexico State Fair 1st Place ribbon winner. This rug is in excellent condition. The tassels are intact, and the weave is soft and flexible. The warp count is 12 and the weft count is 36, per inch. Acquired from an important collection out of Texas. The owner had collected Navajo and Hopi weavings in Arizona and New Mexico over the past 50 years.
