Weaver Betty Joe Cove wove this Classic Period Design First Phase Chiefs Blanket Red Aniline and Indigo Blue. White and Black undyed natural colors. White is Bleached white, Black is dark brown All Yarns are 100% churro wool Weft yarn and warp is mill spun single ply The two Indigo blue warp selvage cords at each end are hand 3 plied using the Navajo spindle The triple three weft selvage cords on each edge ae 2 ply indigo cords. The woven density is 8 warps/ inch and 30 wefts/ inch
