Available Views This basket includes an indentification card from the Southwest Museum stating "Large basket, Pima Indian - Arizona, false embroidery around top distinguishes it from Apache, Probably used to store wool and / or cotton, 35-50 years old, Given to me by Marian Holmes, 11/29/62, Identification by Miss Simpson of SW Mus." Basket has some rim damage and some stitch loss on the bottom. The design is well executed and it has a lovely, round shape.
